Work in a fast-paced, deadline driven newspaper environment, creating
advertisements for local businesses. Responsible for making changes based
on client feedback.
2005-2006 Rensselaer Student Senate [art director, volunteer]
Coordinated the look for all student senate communications. Worked closely
with senators and student body to create a memorable identity for the student
senate.
2002-2006 Information and Personal Assistance Center (IPAC) [operator]
Staffed a call center and provided prompt and courteous responses to a wide
range of questions asked by RPI student callers. Used a variety of methods to
find answers.
